How is your relationship with closeness?

True intimacy does not begin when you let someone close – it begins when you know beyond doubt that your personal boundaries are safe and sovereign.

How do early relational experiences shape the quality of your bonds today? Contact Drama is an experiential somatic roleplay and counseling method that helps uncover and transform defensive patterns, cultivating safe presence, clear boundaries, and healthy intimacy.

When Can Contact Drama Help You?

Relational anxiety, difficulty trusting, interpersonal conflict, or lingering emotional isolation – especially when you experience discomfort, fear of abandonment, guilt, shame, freezing, or avoidance in close connections.

Boundary Defense & Release

Overcoming the legacy of bullying, abuse, or boundary intrusions. Transforming the automatic freeze response into a calm, firm, bodily anchored "Stop!".

Nurturing & Filling Voids

Healing early emotional neglect and coldness through haptonomy (science of touch), ethical cuddling, and supportive holding in a strictly safe therapeutic container.

Authentic Relational Presence

Breaking free from the Karpman Drama Triangle (Rescuer, Persecutor, Victim) and stepping into adult emotional autonomy and mutual respect.

What to Expect in a Session?

Whether in a single consultation or within the EnTER (Contact 7) program, each individual session takes 2.5 hours (150 minutes) and is structured as follows:

  1. Warm-up & Grounding: Initial dialogue, breathwork, somatic mindfulness, and non-verbal movement exercises to establish safety and attuned rapport.
  2. Situational Roleplay: The core interactive drama created from the memories or scenarios you bring, split into digestible scenes for complete emotional processing.
  3. Verbal Integration & Holding: Structured debriefing, cognitive reframing, and optional restorative relaxation (cuddle therapy / grounding touch).
