Our body remembers every touch, every breached boundary, and every frozen silence of isolation. True healing begins where the body learns to feel safe again.
EnTER Program – Entering Authentic Connection
Contact 7 | 7-Session Somatic & Relational Drama Process
Many people talk about their relationship wounds for years, yet fall back into the same freeze response, people-pleasing compulsion, or sudden shutdown as soon as someone gets physically or emotionally close. The reason is simple: connection and boundary defense are not intellectual puzzles—they are bodily, nervous system reflexes. I created the EnTER (Contact 7) program to systematically reshape in a safe, transparent, and protected space the physical blueprints that prevent free and joyful intimacy.
Somatic Boundary Defense & Overcoming the Karpman Drama Triangle
Wounded intimacy most frequently manifests in destructive relationship dynamics (the Karpman Triangle). Across these 7 sessions, we step out of reactive roles:
- From Persecutor → Assertive Boundary Defender: We do not react with aggression or blame, but with a firm, grounded, bodily certainty: "Stop!"
- From Rescuer → Compassionate Companion with Boundaries: We cease saving others at the cost of our own needs; we learn to stay present without dissolving into the other.
- From Victim → Autonomous, Empowered Adult: Instead of paralysis and helplessness, we reclaim full agency and bodily sovereignty.

Who is the EnTER program for?
Connection does not begin with allowing someone close to you—it begins with knowing with absolute certainty that your boundaries are sacred and inviolable.
The EnTER process is especially recommended for you if you recognize yourself in any of the following patterns:
- Freeze response and inability to say "no": During conflict or moments requiring a firm stance, you freeze, go numb, and only hours later realize what you should have said or done.
- Intimacy anxiety and fear of touch: You deeply crave closeness, yet as soon as it becomes real, suffocating tension, anxiety, or an urge to escape takes over.
- Past boundary violations (Active wounds): Physical encroachment, verbal abuse, bullying, or sexual boundary violations remain trapped in your bodily memory, unresolved by talk therapy alone.
- Early emotional neglect (Passive wounds): Growing up in an emotionally cold, distant, or dismissive environment, where you never experienced unconditional somatic holding and the safety of being embraced.
- Sexual inhibition and performance pressure: In physical intimacy, instead of experiencing your own authentic desire and pleasure, you constantly worry about meeting external expectations.
Two Foundational Dynamics: Releasing and Nurturing
Emotional wounds fall into two major categories: the harms that happened to us which should never have occurred; and the nurturing care that was withheld which was our fundamental need.
In the middle sessions of the EnTER program, we work according to these two core dynamics, tailored to your personal background:
1. Releasing & Boundary Defense (Injuries of Violation / Harm)
Focus: Somatic resolution of active boundary breaches, physical aggression, verbal abuse, bullying, and emotional coercion.
At the moment of trauma, the body often retreated into freeze or self-surrender. In the situational roleplay container, we reactivate these stalled reflexes: you experience on a physical, felt level that you are capable of defending yourself, commanding harm to stop, and asserting your space.
Releasing harm: restoring wounded dignity and physical integrity.
2. Nurturing & Holding (Injuries of Emotional Absence / Neglect)
Focus: Corrective replenishment of missing foundational experiences due to emotional neglect, early isolation, or emotional unavailability.
Here, rather than direct attack, nourishing closeness was missing. Through somatic drama, haptonomy (the psychology of touch), and safe cuddle and rocking therapy, we supply at the cellular-memory level the missing nest experience of unconditional acceptance.
Nurturing deficits: saturating internal spaces with serene, calming holding.
How the 7-Session Process (Contact 7) is Structured
The Contact 7 structure ensures that you advance step by step at your own natural pace: from safe arrival through deep experiential work to everyday integration.
Phase I: Grounding & Safe Arrival (Sessions 1–2)
- Session 1: Arriving into the Body & Safety Anchors:
Breath awareness, identifying physical sensations. Establishing a secure container and somatic primal trust. Agreeing on boundaries and stop-signals (the Stop Rule). - Session 2: Mapping Touch & Personal Space:
Where does personal space truly begin? When does proximity become uncomfortable? Gentle exploration of boundaries and mindful awareness of bodily reactions without judgment.
Phase II: The 4-Step Focused Drama (Sessions 3–6)
- Session 3: Situational Exploration of the Core Block:
Bringing the specific difficulty (violation or deficit) into the room within controlled, safe boundaries. - Session 4: Somatic Confrontation / Corrective Experience I:
For Releasing: overcoming the freeze response, building the physical power of saying 'no'.
For Nurturing: permitting safe holding through haptonomic touch. - Session 5: Corrective Experience II & Emotional Breakthrough:
Cathartic release: shedding deep muscular tension, releasing chronic hypervigilance and protective armor. - Session 6: Consolidating New Somatic Blueprints:
Anchoring the ability to hold boundaries or relax into connection across various interactive scenarios.

Frequently Asked Questions about EnTER
Do I need acting skills or prior drama experience?
Not at all. This is not theater, performance, or an audition. The situational roleplay is simply a therapeutic medium to model real-life relationship situations, allowing your body to rehearse new, safe reactions.
How should I prepare? What clothes should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows full freedom of movement (e.g., sweatpants, t-shirt). Shoes are removed upon entering the studio; we work in socks or barefoot to foster better grounding and stability.
What is the difference between the EnTER and Ex.I.T. programs?
The Ex.I.T. program is a 13-session guided imagery (Vision Relax) and cognitive life-design process focusing on restructuring subconscious narratives and inner mental imagery. In contrast, EnTER is a 7-session somatic, situational, and touch-focused process (Contact Drama) conducted in physical space, targeting somatic boundary defense and intimacy.
When planning to extend the thematic structure of the Ex.I.T. program to the Contact Drama framework, the name "EnTER" emerged naturally as the counterpart to "ExIT":
- Ex.I.T. = Extra Intensive Therapy (Exit from destructive past scripts and dependencies)
- En.T.E.R. = Encounter & Touch Experiential Repair (Entering presence and authentic connection)
Together: ExIT (exit) the games – EnTER (enter) safe intimacy.
How does the process begin?
Every process begins with a 50-minute online orientation session. Here we get to know each other, clarify your core challenges, and confirm that the EnTER framework is the optimal path for you.
What does "EnTER" stand for? – Naming & Concept
When creating the EnTER name, the goal was to create a name that symbolically and professionally stands as an equal sister program to Ex.I.T. (Extra Intensive Counseling):
1. The Symbolism of the Two Poles: Exit vs. Enter
- Ex.I.T. (Exit): The 13-session imagery process supports your exit – exiting paralyzing scripts, destructive subconscious blueprints, dependencies, and the burdens of the past.
- EnTER (Enter / Arrival): The 7-session contact process represents entering – entering the body, grounded presence, genuine closeness, and authentic intimacy (much like the keyboard
Enterkey: acceptance, confirmation, arrival).
2. International English Meaning
En.T.E.R. = Encounter & Touch Experiential Repair | Embodied Nurturing Therapeutic Experience & Relation
3. Core Pillars
- Individual: Personalized, private, one-on-one supported container.
- Normative: Rebuilding developmental milestones, healthy boundaries, and mature adult functioning (transcending the Karpman triangle).
- Somatic: Moving beyond intellectual discussion into the cellular memory and nervous system responses of the body.
- Experiential: Healing through lived, somatic corrective experiences (releasing and nurturing).
- Systematic: A structured, safe progression across 7 sessions (arrival → 4 focused drama sessions → integrative closure).
Scope of Practice & Professional Responsibility
The EnTER program supports healthy individuals in their personal growth, relationship development, and life leadership. It does not constitute medical, psychiatric, or clinical psychotherapy care. It is not suitable in cases of severe dissociative disorders, active psychosis, or untreated substance addiction.
